Kip is created by 22nd Street Designs. You can delete your Kip account and the information that goes with it at any time, in the app or by sending us a request on this page.
Delete your account in the app
This is the fastest way, and it takes effect right away:
- Open the Kip menu and tap your name or picture to open My Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete My Account.
- Tap Delete, enter your password, and confirm.
What is deleted
- Your profile: your name, user name, email address and photo.
- Your videos (including the files in cloud storage), messages, contacts and feedback.
- The gymnasts you added yourself, with their sessions, scores and seasons — unless another person is also connected to that gymnast, in which case only your link to the gymnast is removed.
- Your sign-in. You are signed out on all of your devices, and the account can never be signed in to again.
What stays
- Meet information, gyms and results that are shared with other people stay in Kip, but are no longer connected to you.
- Meet results that Kip loads from public sources, such as published meet scores, are not part of your account and are not changed.
- Routine backups can hold a copy of the deleted information for a limited time until they expire.
